In order to boost your self-belief, you have to know what affects your self-belief. That's an easy answer-almost everything! Everything that is going on in your life biologically, mentally, environmentally, and spiritually has an influence on how much you believe in yourself. Here is the caveat to that concept- how much you believe or don't believe in yourself affects the biological, mental, environmental, and spiritual things going on in your life! They are intertwined and co-dependent on each other. Simply put, your world has an effect on how you believe in yourself, and how you believe in yourself has an effect on your world!
